ABOUT THE FOUNDER – PREMALATA ARUMUGAM

PremaLata Arumugam is the founder and principal of Gen Alpha Preschool, a progressive institution that combines the IPS Curriculum (Inquiry, Project, Story-Based Learning) with a holistic, humanizing, and technology-driven approach to education.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, she has meticulously researched and adapted various teaching methodologies to create a future-ready environment for young learners.

An educator, author, and edupreneur, she has written several preschool books and storybooks. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Technology to further enhance her expertise in educational innovation.

At Gen Alpha Preschool, her mission is to nurture young minds, inspire leadership, and transform education for the next generation.
