ABOUT THE FOUNDER –LATA ARUMUGAM

Lata Arumugam is the Founder of a progressive early childhood institution committed to redefining education through innovation, leadership, and holistic development.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of education, she has developed the IPS Curriculum a future-focused framework that integrates academic excellence, character development, and technology-driven learning. Her approach blends elements of the Malaysian and international (UK-based) curriculum, including structured phonics and concept-based methodologies, to nurture confident, capable, and future-ready learners.
She has completed higher education studies in Law with the University of London, strengthening her foundation in governance, compliance, and strategic leadership. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Technology, further advancing her expertise in digital innovation and modern pedagogy.
